Well what’s happening?
I can hear you all asking LOL - Well ………….. Everything at the moment!! I got offered a job at the gym where I train and of course I accepted so in between training I have been working! It is awesome - I am really enjoying it. Helping others train and getting to know so many people in the gym is great fun. I start my PT course next month and cannot wait to get stuck into the books and get my certificate :). My training has been great as well - I won’t give you a day to day run down on what it has been like but everyday I am training like there is no tomorrow - I have changed my reps from 12-15 to 6-8 and really stacked the weights up - The difference in strength is amazing and although I have stopped losing body fat, I am gaining more muscle (which is ultimately the goal I wanted). Once I get enough muscle on me, I’ll get stuck back into the cardio and drop the last few % in body fat as I am still hoping to compete in October - It will probably be in figure rather than physique, but that’s okay - I have years ahead of me still :). Hopefully I will get my roster this weekend which will allow me to better organise myself and get blogging daily again. I still need to catch up on all the blogs I’ve been visiting too - I miss knowing what everyone else has been up to. Happy training ![]()

Thank you! I’ve posted a blog about my last day at work. I haven’t done any PT work yet - need to wait until I have finished my certificate - but I am sure I’ll blog about it as soon as I have done my first session
