Challenge Weeks 3 & 4
I am really getting frustrated and impatient with my results. It doesn’t seem to matter how hard I train, what I eat, what time I train, how I train etc etc etc, nothing is happening. I hate hitting plateaus and find it really difficult to jump start my body back into a fat burning, muscle building machine. My workouts have been awesome - I love doing them and get great satisfaction from each workout but it is getting harder to keep the motivation going when I am not seeing any results. I honestly believe it is what I am eating and when I am eating it as the training is hard and constant. Only two and a bit weeks to go until I see my dietitian - Hopefully after I see her things will start to happen again. My fingers and toes are crossed LOL

Competing
I have seriously been thinking about competing. Because I have been asked a few times and my trainer keeps mentioning that he wants to get me competing, it keeps playing around in my head. Well, there is a competition in October 2008 that I have looked at, and ………….. (drum roll) ………….. IF (and yes, that is a BIG “if”) I think I am good enough to strut my stuff on stage (how bloody embarrassing will that be though LOL), I’ll enter and see how I go. I’ve been reading up on all the rules and all the poses that are required. I will definitely need to go to classes to learn them all. If I get rid of some of my excess body fat over the next two months and build up a bit more on my muscles, I’ll look into it some more. Obviously I will keep the blog updated and let you know how I am going. Would love to hear from anyone who has done it before though. Keep your fingers crossed for me ![]()
