Happy New Year
I hope 2008 brings you health, success and happiness :) I didn’t do any workouts today but I figured all the dancing I did until the early hours this morning would certainly make up for it. I never knew I’d be so good at doing the sprinkler LMAO. What a blast - we had a great night at the park but it has made me very tired today. Although I’m looking at it like it was a huge 4 hour workout LOL then I don’t feel so lazy. I don’t do resolutions - I just keep on with my goals. My first goal for 2008 is to work on cutting down at least 5% body fat. I have a double assessment booked in 3 weeks time with my trainer so until then, I’ll be staying with my current program and diet - but it will all change again. And once I reach that goal, I might start showing some pics. Will keep you posted ![]()
