Next Assessment
I’ve booked my next assessment for Saturday 1st December. It will be exactly a month since my last assessment. I’ve been good and have been eating all my oats, spinach, tuna, rice, pasta, fish etc etc. My scales at home show that I’ve lost a bit more weight and body fat so it will be really interesting to see what the scales and measurements come up as at gym. I’m not too fussed on the weight side of things - just the measurements and bodyfat percentage. I tried to sneak on the scales at gym the other morning but couldn’t get them to work. Serves me right I suppose for being so impatient LOL. Adding it all up now, by the time my assessment comes around I would have ran 87.6kms over 3 weeks, trained with weights over 12 sessions and done a couple of great cycle classes. Not a bad effort hey? I know it’s going to be a long slog but I am enjoying it so much

Good job on the workouts! As a personal trainer, I say, hooray for you! Patience with your assessments, do them too soon and you won’t see the results as well. Just remember, body fat and measurements have more meaning than the scale. Keep up the good work, sounds like you are doing awesome!!!
