Day 35 - Watch out for the bugs
Note to self – remember to watch out for the bugs when running outdoors. I set off this morning for my run along the lake and was doing really well until I ran through a swarm of bugs. Luckily I only choked on a few of them and not the whole 500 that I ran through LOL. It didn’t stop me from running though, I kept on going. It was pretty hard to start off with as I was running into the wind and it has been awhile since I have ran outside but once I turned around to run back, it was a breeze LOL. Surprisingly it didn’t take me as long as I thought it would either - It was a 4km round trip all up and I felt pretty good afterward. I am going to enjoy doing that each morning
My weights workout was a bit of a challenge as I had to figure out all the weights. It didn’t take me long I suppose but having the kids as my audience grunting and puffing with me didn’t help me much LOL. I can feel that I have definitely worked out though – which is what I wanted. So my holiday program (so far) gets a thumbs up ![]()
