Day 24 - Something Different
Got to gym a little bit earlier than usual today and (again) had the place to myself. Got stuck into my Sumo Squats (gotta love them LOL) and then through the rest of my program pretty quickly. Felt good afterward and my legs were about 85% recovered from their initial shock of getting back into training on Monday. Went back later in the day for a Pilates class. Have never done Pilates before but I know it is great for the core muscles (and my sister is doing it as part of her program - so I was there for moral support as well
). It was certainly different that what I am used to LOL - Some of the exercises were hard - mostly because I am hopeless at keeping my balance. Had a few good laughs though so that got the abdominals working LOL. Might keep doing it every Friday night and see if I can improve with it.
