Day 21 - Sumo Squats Rock!

I was a bit worried about heading off to gym today as my legs were sore and I was concerned about doing sumo squats. But, let me tell you - they rock! As stupid as I thought I would look (having to squat down like I was going to the toilet LOL) they were not embarrassing to do at all and my legs felt great doing them. I think they might even be my favourite exercise (after the preacher curl of course). I powered through my program and enjoyed it more than yesterdays workout. I only did a 3.5km run (sore legs and all) and walked the rest of the 5km. BUT, I did do it on an incline so that sort of made up for it - I climbed 36 metres so I was pretty pleased with that. Have cycle class tomorrow - can’t wait :)
