Bulk Up - Program 2

New program for Tuesday/Friday

  • Sumo Squat - 3 x 12-15 (yes, the mind boggles with this one LOL - should be a laugh)
  • Incline Smith Press - 3 x 8-10
  • Seated Military Press - 3 x 12
  • Bent over row - 3 x 8-10
  • Deadlifts - 5 x 10, 10, 8, 4, 4
  • Pec Deck - 2 x 20
  • Preacher Curl - 2 x 15 (he knew I’d cry if I didn’t get these LOL)
  • Dips - 3 x 20
  • Rope Extension - 3 x 8

That is of course, if I can move after Monday/Thursday’s program LOL :D

Bulk Up - Program 1

New program for Monday/Thursday

  • Leg Extension - 2 x 20
  • 45* Leg Press - 4 x 8
  • Reverse Knees - 4 x 20 (I like these :) )
  • B/B Squat - 3 x 10
  • Push ups - 3 x max (will let you know how many I can do LOL)
  • Leg Curls - 3 x 10
  • Assisted Chin ups - 3 x 15
  • Lunges (weighted) - 3 x 10-12
  • Reverse Crunch - 2 x 25

Sounds pretty good doesn’t it. Will need to jump on the bike first to warm up and then cool down after the program with a nice 10 minute walk. Really looking forward to this one :)
