Getting Ripped

That’s the next goal :) . I had my assessment today and was very pleased with the results. I was told by my trainer that I only really need to lose another 4 kilo and I will be ripped. I really liked hearing that. Since I started (3 months ago now) I have lost 10cm off my waist, and 6% body fat. I have lost centremetres everywhere else as well - but my waist had the biggest loss so I can’t remember the rest LOL. You can actually see my 4 pack (yes, I know it’s really a 6 pack but the other two are still in hiding, they are there - but still a bit shy LOL). Anyway, I told him I want my bum back so he has changed my whole program around (knew that was coming) and he was silently smiling while writing it out. I will list it up later. Overall - the assessment went well - my diet is obviously working for me and for the training I do. I feel great :) . I am actually going to have another assessment in 3 weeks time as I am off on a 2 week holiday after that and will need a program for when I am away. Wish me luck in getting ripped :)

Day 19 - Last chance

Today was my last chance to really put some effort into my weights program before the big assessment tomorrow. I think I did well and got through all my sets. I went red on a few, grunted on a few more and gritted my teeth on the rest. I’m not sure what my new programs are going to be like so I wanted to enjoy the last of my upper body program - which I did :) Did my usual 5km run later in the day - so I’m all prepared now. Can’t wait to see the outcome tomorrow. My fingers and toes are all crossed LOL
